Website and product status
This website explains Ectoprime’s work and intended product suite. Experience and Care are presented through browser demonstrations; live delivery requires a separate scoped engagement. Signal, Relations, Quality and Field are roadmap concepts. Product pages, illustrations and roadmap entries do not establish production availability, committed release dates or a completed customer deployment.
Demonstrations and examples
Interactive examples use fictional or synthetic material. They do not deliver real care requests, verify product safety, establish the cause of a reported issue or measure live service performance. Worksheet outputs are arithmetic based on visitor inputs, not forecasts, guaranteed improvements or financial returns. Use the examples to evaluate the proposed workflow.
Enquiries and engagements
An enquiry starts a conversation and does not book an appointment, order a product or create a software service agreement. Scope, pricing, delivery responsibilities, data processing, support, hosting and any service levels must be agreed separately for a live engagement. The stated enquiry reply window is separate from any future software service level.
Responsible use
Use the website and demonstrations for their intended evaluation purpose. Do not submit credentials, confidential customer datasets or sensitive personal records through the initial enquiry. Do not attempt unauthorised access to other systems or disrupt the website. Contact the team to discuss an authorised technical evaluation.

Fictional packaging and interface studies illustrate product ideas. References to standards or external sources do not imply affiliation, certification or endorsement. Existing systems and external data sources require permission, compatibility and source-specific review before an implementation can be agreed.
